 What are my rights if I want to return any or all of my bought items?

When you shop at you always have 30 days from the day you receive your order. That means that you can get a refund or exchange the order into something else.
If you need to return your order, please make sure that the return will be in our hands before the 30th day of your purchase. You have to return the items in the same condition as when you received your order. You can easily return your order by contacting our customer support either by email: or you can call us: +45 87555555 and we will create a return label for you.

How do I exchange or return an item purchased online?

When exchanging or returning an item, you have two options:

1) You can go to a Bertoni store to return or exchange your item. Moreover, you can benefit from guidance by our competent staff, who can help you with sizes and other garments.

When returning or exchanging items, please bring your receipt that you received along with your ordered items.

2) You can return your items by shipping it back to by contacting our customer service . Once our customer service have helped you out with your return label all you have to do is send the package back to us:

We will manage your return as soon as possible, once received. You will be notified by email, when your return is processed.
If more than 5 work days from the estimated time of arrival has passed, please contact customer service.

Please be aware:

You can forfeit your purchase amount completely or partially.

If the returned goods received by Bertoni are in an inferiour condition due to wear, shipping or an otherwise related action during your custody, Bertoni will make an appraisal of the products' value, which will influence the refund amount. Please notice that the original packaging can be valuable for the appraisal of the returned goods.

If the returned items are appraised as unable for reselling, the depreciation will be valued as 100%.

How do I get a refund?

By returning your goods in original condition and with your receipt. 

The refund period may vary between 7-30 days from reception of your return at our warehouse.


Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Please note that you can loose your buying amount partially or fully. That happens if the value of the purchased item has decreased, because it has been used. Or it has been damaged in your care or it has been handled in an unnecessary way.
Bertoni will determine the value of the item. As an example goods that appear to have been used or clearly damaged will be reduced with 80% of the value as a minimum. If an item is determined as unfit for selling, the reduction will be 100%.

I have returned an item, but the money are not transferred to my bank account. What do I do?

When you want your money back for a returned item, you must expect 7-30 working days from the day we receive your return, before the money will be available on your bank account. This is due to the administration, and the expedition of the bank transfer.

Please check with your own bank if in doubt, as there are differences between banks as to when they complete such transactions.

You will be notified by once we have made the refund transaction.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping of my order?

Yes you have to pay for the return of your item. If we have made a mistake in the shipping, or by accident sent you the wrong item, please contact our customer service – and we will send you a return label.

If you have the possibility to visit one of our stores, you can return or exchange your orders there, without having to pay for the return shipping.

How do I return the clothes to you?

If you wish to exchange or return your goods you can fill out this return form and send it along with your items within 30 days after you have received your package. Send the package to the following address:

Price tags and other labels must be attached on all returned items, which have to be returned in original packaging. Notice that you have to pay for the return shipment, unless otherwise is agreed upon with our customer service team.

How do I get my money back?

Fill out the return form and cross out or circle the “Refund” indication. The amount will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. It may take up to two weeks before the money is available on your card, depending on the type of your card.

What should I do to exchange the clothes I received?

Fill out the return form, and note which size you wish to receive instead. We will send you the desired size within 5 working days after we have received your returned items. If we do not have the required items in stock and cannot provide it for you, we will refund the money to the credit card used for the purchase and inform you.

Go to our web store and make a new order for the new item and return the items you wish to exchange.

Fill out the return form and cross ”X” in “Refund”. We will refund the money to the credit card used for the purchase. It may take up to two weeks before the money is available on your card, depending on the type of card.

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. 

If you want to return an item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging if possible, and enclose the return note. You must state on this document whether you want to change the size or have a refund, and the articles you wish to exchange or return. The change in size or refund will be processed as soon as possible, and within 5 workdays after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
